How does it work?

Our Project Phases:

Scoping – Charities tell us what they’d like help with, from strategic and operational planning to marketing, fundraising and more…
Team Creation – TalentTrust recruits expert business leaders and matches their skill set to the charity’s priorities. Everything is managed by a dedicated project manager. We manage the process so our clients can focus on their work.
Discovery – The charity tells the team everything they need to know about how the organization runs and where they want to go.
Action – The team uses their knowledge and experience to help the charity tackle their challenges and strengthen their operations.
Sustainability – Changes are implemented using the charity’s new expertise with continued access to the TalentTrust community as a resource. TalentTrust provides regular follow-up over the next 3 years to provide support and track impact
